Are you prepared to earn your keep? The Sergeant wants you to do something for him. Participate and you'll receive a reward! Maybe you'll even get a medal -- your ticket to leave Cartesio at the end of your stay!

Events will be held every Wednesday at 8:00 PM EST, on the weekly post. A new top-level will be made, setting the start of the event. To participate all you have to do is reply and start working together with the other players! Participating in the event will net you a regain. Participation is defined as at least three posts made during the event, cooperating with other players to succeed in the task and fulfill the Sergeant's demand. Those he considers helped achieve the goal in some manner will earn a major regain. The character who contributes the most and causes the most damage or is vital for the completion of the event will get the medal! The medal is given at the Sergeant's discretion and his decision is final.

PAST EVENTS


These are the past events and how successful the characters were at completing the Sergeant's demands:

Week: Two
Objective: Larceny
Setting: Cinema
Description: The visitors were tasked with stealing a historically relevant artifact of Cartesio -- the cinema's first neon sign. Task was completed, although not 100% successfully due to some damage to the object they brought.

Week: Three
Objective: Vandalism
Setting: Refinery
Description: The visitors were tasked with defacing the refinery's walls and break an important machine inside. Mildly successful. Vandalism was performed, the machines suffered minor damage.

Week: Four
Objective: Defamation
Setting: Motel
Description: The visitors were tasked with making the worst impression possible to the local journalist. Successful -- very successful

Week: Five
Objective: Arson
Setting: Diner
Description: The visitors were tasked with burning down the diner. Modest success -- the fire didn't consume the building, but the damages are costly. The diner has been closed down.
